EMDR For Anxiety and Guilt
In this video, the client presents with anxiety and guilt associated with her son, that she believes is unwarranted and irrational given the situation and her son’s strengths. Dr. Parnell installs resources, then bridges her back from an example of the client’s anxiety and guilt to discover the associated link to the past. Targeting this early memory Dr. Parnell uses the modified protocol to process it to completion. They then process the present and imagined positive future. (43 minutes)
